SWEET SECRETS IN NEW ART
Mozart has a Mozartkugel and Bach his cube. However, neither lived to experience these sweet gifts.
Boguslaw Schaeffer is luckier. For the 80th. Birthday of the great composer (06.06.1929), mentor and major artist of the avantgarde tirol,
we are giving him a chocolate. Meister Hacker, from the Rattenberg Konditorei, famous for its delicious cakes and sweets, is its creator.
It goes without saying that this chocolate has a graphic side to it, since Boguslaw Schaeffer is not just a composer, teacher and dramatist,
but a graphic artist as well – so what could be more appropriate than the choice of a small masterpiece from one of his musical scores?
It doesn't just consist of rows of notes, but also bears witness to his pictorial fantasy. Of course Meister Hacker has himself composed a sweet tasting secret
as well – because a confectioner is too a creator of things new. Let yourself in for a surprise!

JULIA GSCHNITZER GODMOTHER OF
THE AVANTGARDE CHOCOLATE
On the 13th. of May 2009 the new creation was presented at the Konditorei Hacker. In the smallest town in Austria, one of the greatest composers of the world
was honoured with a culinary tribute. We were delighted that Julia Gschnitzer, the wonderful tyrolean actress, read for the occasion a sweet story –
one by Radek Knapp, who, like Boguslaw Schaeffer, is also a Polish Austrian.

THE RATTENBERG avantgarde-CHOCOLATE: :
MUSIC THAT MELTS IN THE MOUTH
Hidden beneath a page from Maestro Schaeffer's „NonStop” from 1960 – which in future will always be different – lies a composition of white chocolate,
cream and Aqua de Azahar, covered in a coating of bitter-sweet chocolate. The subtle taste of the distinguished white envelope with its hint of orange blossom combines
to form an exquisite harmony: to „music that melts in the mouth”: The Rattenberg avatgarde-chocolate was composed by Reinhard Hacker,
confectioner in Rattenberg. This musical delicacy is produced exclusively by
